Terms of Service

Rules for using Corvo to issue NFS-e: plans, renewal, usage, billing, certificates and fiscal documents.
1. Acceptance and company identification
These Terms govern your use of the Corvo dashboard, API, documentation and related services (the Service), operated by Greenflow Desenvolvimento de Software LTDA, CNPJ 61.469.487/0001-40 (Greenflow or Corvo). By creating an account or using the Service, you accept these Terms. If you act for an organization, you must be authorized to represent it. A separately signed enterprise agreement prevails where it conflicts with these Terms.
2. What the Service provides
Corvo lets you integrate the issuance and management of Brazilian electronic service invoices (NFS-e) into your software. The Service includes issuer company registration, certificate management, status tracking, access to XML and PDF when available, document delivery by email and webhooks. Issuance is asynchronous: confirmation that a request was submitted does not mean the invoice was authorized. Check the result through the API, dashboard or webhooks. The test environment produces documents with no fiscal validity and does not consume the production allowance. The current scope is NFS-e; goods invoices (NF-e) and consumer invoices (NFC-e) are not included.
3. Account, workspace and access
Keep account and workspace information accurate and current. You must control workspace access, assign appropriate permissions and protect your email, sessions, API keys and webhook secrets. Do not expose credentials in browser applications or public repositories. Notify Corvo of suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for authorized use of your account, without excluding Greenflow’s responsibility for failures attributable to it.
4. Fiscal responsibilities
You must be authorized to issue invoices for registered companies and verify issuer, customer, service, amount, tax, fiscal code, tax regime and municipality information. You must meet registration, accreditation and eligibility requirements imposed by the tax authority and track authorizations, rejections and pending requests. Corvo provides integration technology; fiscal and accounting decisions must be checked with the professionals responsible. A rejection, outage or test document does not replace your fiscal obligations.
5. Digital certificates
Where an integration requires an A1 digital certificate, upload only a valid certificate belonging to the issuer company or a representative authorized for the operation. By uploading it, you authorize its use, together with the supplied password, to sign and transmit the fiscal operations you request through the Service. Keep the certificate valid and replace it when needed. Deactivating a certificate in Corvo prevents its further use in the Service; you must request revocation with the issuing certification authority separately.
6. Acceptable use and abuse prevention
Do not use the Service to issue false documents, act without company authorization, commit fraud, send spam, distribute unlawful content or violate third-party rights. Do not bypass allowances, company limits, request limits, access controls or Free plan eligibility rules, including through accounts or workspaces created for that purpose. Do not share API access beyond your contracted permissions or interfere with the Service or connected fiscal systems.
7. Plans, allowances and renewal
Plans define the monthly invoice allowance, active company limit and usage limits shown in the offer and dashboard. Free allows one active company and up to 15 authorized production invoices per month, with a limit of 3 per day. Its allowance renews on the first day of each month; monthly and daily limits use UTC. Paid allowances follow the monthly subscription period shown in the dashboard. Allowances belong to the workspace, not to each member or API key. Unused allowance does not roll over or convert into cash. Once a limit is reached, new requests may be blocked until renewal or the purchase of appropriate capacity.
8. How usage and overage are calculated
Each authorized production NFS-e counts as one usage unit. Corvo reserves capacity when it receives a request while issuance is in progress. Rejected invoices and invoices that finish with a failure release that reservation; invoices still processing may temporarily reduce available capacity. If authorization completes after renewal, usage stays in the period in which it was reserved. Free does not allow paid overage. On paid plans, authorized invoices above the allowance incur additional charges at the plan’s unit rate, within a total monthly processing limit of five times the included allowance. Check usage, reservations and estimated overage in the dashboard.
9. Billing, plan changes and cancellation
Paid subscriptions are monthly, in Brazilian reais, and renew automatically until canceled. The base fee is charged at the start of the cycle and overage is charged after use; late authorizations may result in a later charge for the original period. Stripe processes payments, and activation requires payment confirmation. The current offer does not include annual subscriptions or prepaid packs. Plan changes and cancellation to return to Free take effect at the end of the current period, without immediate proration of the base fee. Use the subscription options and billing portal in the dashboard; stopping account use does not cancel a subscription. After a failed renewal, paid issuance may remain available for up to seven days after the paid period ends, depending on subscription status, and may then be blocked. Cancellation does not remove charges for usage already incurred. Send refund requests or billing disputes to the contact in these Terms; mandatory statutory rights remain protected, including withdrawal rights where applicable.
10. Fiscal documents and retention
Corvo stores issuance records and the XML and PDF documents it generates or receives, making them available according to invoice status and your access permissions. Document generation or retrieval failures may require further processing. Storage in the Service does not promise indefinite retention or a specific fiscal retention period unless expressly agreed in a separate contract. Keep your own copies and download documents while you have access to the Service. You remain responsible for retaining documents for the period required for your activity. Export, access or deletion requests after termination are handled under the Privacy Notice, legal obligations and contracted conditions.
11. Coverage and third-party services
Issuance depends on integration coverage, company eligibility, valid certificates and the availability of the national or municipal fiscal systems involved. Verify compatibility before operating in production. Corvo also uses infrastructure, storage, email and payment providers. External systems may delay, reject or interrupt operations. Sending an email or webhook does not guarantee receipt at the destination; track status and configure your integration to query results and handle failures. These dependencies do not exclude Greenflow’s statutory responsibilities for its own actions.
12. Personal data and privacy
For customer, issuer, fiscal document and instruction data submitted to the Service, Greenflow acts as a processor on the customer’s behalf under documented instructions and the Data Processing Addendum. The customer must have a lawful basis, inform data subjects and be authorized by the controller when acting on its behalf. Greenflow acts as controller for data needed to manage accounts, billing, security and support. The Privacy Notice and Data Processing Addendum supplement these Terms. Both parties must comply with Brazil’s LGPD and other applicable rules.
13. Security
Corvo uses access controls, workspace and environment data separation, API-key hashes, encryption of stored certificates and signed webhooks. You must protect credentials, review permissions and verify signatures received by your integration. No system is entirely free of risk. Specific audit, certification, data location or service-level commitments require an express agreement; they do not arise solely from using the Service.
14. Suspension and termination
We may restrict or suspend access where there are reasonable indications of fraud, unauthorized issuance, security risk, breach of these Terms or nonpayment preventing use of the plan. Where possible, we will explain the reason and how to resolve it. You may request account closure through the contact in these Terms and must manage subscription cancellation in the dashboard. Closure does not cancel an NFS-e already authorized by the tax authority or extinguish payment or document retention obligations already incurred.
15. Customer data and intellectual property
Data and documents you submit remain under your responsibility and are not transferred to Greenflow by these Terms. You authorize the processing needed to provide the Service and execute your instructions. Greenflow retains rights in Corvo’s software, brand and documentation, subject to third-party rights. While complying with these Terms, you may use the Service and documentation for your contracted integrations.
16. Availability and Service changes
We may fix, improve or change features and integrations. We will communicate material changes where reasonably possible. Maintenance, infrastructure failures and fiscal system outages may affect processing. We do not promise instant issuance, approval of every request or uninterrupted operation. A service-level agreement applies only where expressly contracted. Nothing in this section excludes warranties or duties that cannot be waived by law.
17. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, Greenflow’s total liability relating to the Service or these Terms is limited to the amounts the customer paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Also to the extent permitted by law, Greenflow is not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. These limits do not exclude liabilities that cannot be limited, mandatory consumer rights or duties under data-protection law.
18. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by Brazilian law. The parties will seek to resolve questions and disputes through the contact below. For unresolved disputes, the courts of the District of Ourinhos, State of São Paulo, have jurisdiction, subject to mandatory jurisdiction rules and the consumer’s right to use the legally applicable forum.
19. Updates to these Terms
The date at the top of this page identifies the latest text update. For existing accounts, material changes will be communicated through the dashboard, email or another reasonable method at least 30 days before they apply, unless a shorter period is needed for legal requirements, security or abuse prevention. The notice will specify the effective date for those accounts. For new contracts, the version presented at signup applies. Continued use after the applicable date represents acceptance of the changes, subject to statutory rights.
